Share your best football moments to win!

Starting today and running until July 16th – to coincide with the football tournament in Brazil – we’re running a photo competition on Facebook. We want to see how you share good moments and enjoy the matches.

We want to see how you support your team when they’re taking part in this massive football competition. What really gets you going? Do you have a goal celebration? What do you wear to watch them? What about hats? Scarves? Do you and your friends have a special kit you all wear? Do you all paint your faces? If so, we want to see it!

Throughout the tournament we want you to take a photo – of you or a group of you if you share with friends – so we can see you enjoying the football competition, then just upload it onto our Facebook app to take part in the competition. We know how much passion there is for football, whether you call it football, Fußball, futebol, fútbol or Futbol!

    To whom it may concern.

    I have repeatedly tried to contact you through other means. You have left me no other option.

    I would like my money back immediately. I am not happy with the service of the website. Your website has too many errors and just doesn’t work. I’ve tried it on 3 different computers and 3 different web browsers. Your site is full of broken links.

    Here are the reasons why;

    1. When I need to record my voice. I can’t do it and have to refresh the entire page. I’ll press the record button but when I click the play button to hear it, nothing happens. When it does record, it seems to add a random number of empty seconds to the recording before I hear anything.

    2. Under the “Survival Phrases” section, I am asked to type actual Chinese characters. The website does not allow this and only accepts the standard English alphabet letters. Yes, I do have pinyin enabled and I am able to type Chinese characters on other websites.

    3. When trying to submit a problem or a feedback I found myself with even more problems. Firstly, there is no actual place to submit a problem with the website. Second, when using the feedback option. After typing the problems I have found and clicking the submit button, nothing happened.

    4. When trying to “cancel my premium subscription” I found it very difficult to do. There was no clear place to do such a thing. However, after finding the spot to do it. I ran into ANOTHER problem. According to this link, I had the option to modify my subscription. However, when I click the second link “here”, again, nothing happened.

    5. When finally frustrated with everything and trying the website on 3 computer and 3 different web browsers. I went to the “HELP” section of the website. I was further disappointed to only find that NONE of the links under the “General Questions” section actually do anything.

    6. To report all of these problems, I had to send you an email. This is very unprofessional of you.

    I again would ask that you please return my money as soon as possible and then delete my account and remove all my information from your servers.
